Key Mechanical Design Project Leader

As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will lead the design and delivery of advanced automation and packaging machinery, driving innovation and mentoring engineers from concept through FAT and SAT.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee mechanical design projects from conceptualization to FAT/SAT execution.
  • Create and review CAD models, BOMs, and design documentation (SolidWorks/PDM).
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, CE, and safety standards.
  • Mentor junior engineers and drive design improvements.
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Possess 8+ years' experience in mechanical design, with 5+ years focused on automation/machinery.
  • Be an expert in high-speed mechanisms, pneumatics, servo systems, cams, drives.
  • Display strong CAD skills (SolidWorks/PDM).
  • Have experience in pharma/medical automation, robotics, and vision/serialization systems.
  • Knowledge of GMP, CE marking, ISO safety standards is essential.
  • Williness to travel for ~10% of time.
