Executive Mechanical Designer

This role involves leading mechanical design projects from concept to completion. As a senior engineer, you will be responsible for creating and reviewing CAD models, BOMs, and design documentation.
About the Role- We are seeking a skilled Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to drive innovation and mentor junior engineers in designing advanced automation and packaging machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver cutting-edge automation and packaging solutions.
- Lead project teams through the design process from conception to validation.
- Create and review detailed designs, technical specifications, and documentation.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in automation and packaging machinery.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and PDM software.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Familiarity with high-speed mechanisms, pneumatics, servo systems, cams, and drives.
