Job Overview

This position supports senior decision-making by providing comprehensive financial insights, forecasts, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare timely financial reports with variance analysis and commentary.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and in-depth analysis of the business unit's financial performance, including revenue, costs, margins, and profitability.
  • Collaborate on forecasting and budgeting for the business unit.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and inform ongoing decision-making.
  • Identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions to improve financial outcomes.
  • Support pricing, cost analysis, and investment appraisals for new initiatives or projects.
  • Evaluate compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and corporate policies.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to aid business planning and decision-making.
Integration and Alignment
  • Collaborate on integration plans focusing on financial systems, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Lead alignment with corporate financial policies, procedures, and reporting standards.
  • Build and maintain reporting to provide accurate analysis of performance vs. acquisition model, including revenue, costs, margins, and profitability.
  • Support stakeholders affected by integration.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining KPIs for the acquisition and business unit.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a commercial environment.
  • Relevant third-level degree and professional certifications (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CPA).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English required.
