Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of production machinery by performing routine and breakdown maintenance tasks. This involves troubleshooting and repairing complex electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and quality-related issues.

Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for conducting preventative maintenance on production machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance of equipment across all voltage levels.

This position requires strong technical skills, including hands-on experience with high-voltage electrical systems and low-voltage controls, as well as a strong understanding of pneumatics, PLCs, machinery, hydraulics, welding, and electrical systems.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment and a strong mathematical background with the ability to read complex blueprints, drawings, and notes.

A preferred candidate will have a technical degree in an industrial maintenance or related field and demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the maintenance and repair of pneumatics, PLCs, machinery, hydraulics, welding, and electrical systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Availability to work a rotating 12-hour, night shift work schedule.
  • High School diploma or GED (minimum).
  • Strong mathematical skills and the ability to read complex blueprints, drawings, and notes.
  • Competence in using computers for troubleshooting and researching issues.
  • Must have demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the maintenance and repair of pneumatics, PLCs, machinery, hydraulics, welding, and electrical systems.
