Nursing Leadership Role
">Job Summary">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nursing professional to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
">Main Responsibilities">- To ensure that patients' individual care plans are up to date and reflect their current needs and preferences.
- To provide guidance and support to junior staff members in relation to patient care and clinical procedures.
- To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
- To maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory bodies.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in nursing, including a post-registration qualification in healthcare management. They will also have a minimum of 5+ years' experience in psychiatric nursing and 3+ years' experience in a management position.
">They will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations is also essential.
