Job Title: IT Infrastructure Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients and help them optimize their IT infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of servers, workstations, routers, firewalls, LAN/WAN, and experience with IT support and monitoring tools. A degree in Computer Systems & Networking (or equivalent experience) is required. Microsoft certification is preferred.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and supporting customer IT systems to ensure security, performance, and availability. You will also communicate with customers on incidents, updates, and maintenance, and escalate technical issues where necessary.

To be successful in this position, you must be self-motivated, proactive, and a strong communicator. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage IT systems via RMM platforms
  • Provide support for Microsoft applications and operating systems
  • Maintain IT documentation and inventory
  • Communicate with customers on incidents, updates, and maintenance
  • Escalate technical issues where necessary
Requirements:
