Reliability Engineering Leader

Lead a team to achieve 100% compliance with local regulations, quality, health safety & environment management systems and standards. Ensure efficient running of manufacturing assets through continuous improvement.

Maintain site assets and equipment, including hardware and software. Develop strategic Asset reliability plans for corrective and preventative maintenance meeting all goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement asset reliability strategies to deliver zero-breakdowns via predictive/predictive maintenance.
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians to provide optimum equipment reliability.
  • Provide leadership and coaching towards implementation of Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working.
  • Interface with key stakeholders to develop effective relationships and align priorities.
  • Establish strong governance to review asset reliability plans ensuring accountability.

Requirements:

  • Operational and manufacturing leadership experience in CPG industry with knowledge of 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standards.
  • Engineer with financial and business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment.
  • Strong people management skills with ability to drive change.

Working Conditions:


Highly automated production from material handling through manufacturing processes to packaging. Day based role (8am - 5pm).
