Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Establish architectural frameworks, standards, and guidelines to support IT initiatives and technology investments.
  • Evaluate and recommend enterprise technologies, platforms, and solutions to enhance business capabilities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure architectural best practices are followed.
  • Support digital transformation efforts by identifying and promoting emerging technologies that drive business value.
  • Design and oversee the integration of enterprise applications, data, and infrastructure for improved interoperability and efficiency.
  • Contribute to architecture governance processes, ensuring compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards.
  • Participate in architectural reviews, ensuring consistency and adherence to enterprise architecture principles.
  • Assess technology risks and develop mitigation strategies to enhance system resilience.
  • Develop and maintain IT roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business strategies and enterprise capabilities.
  • Contribute to cost optimization strategies by standardizing and streamlining technology solutions.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of enterprise architecture initiatives.
What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant experience or degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Typically minimum 6 years relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters' Degree.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Proficiency in IBM M/F System and Hardware Platform, including COBOL, JCL, CICS, SQL, z/OS, DB2, IMS, Assembler, VSAM, XML, TSO/ISPF, MQ.
  • Knowledge of IT tools, including Easytrieve, RSXX, CA-7, Metavante Custom Statement Formatter, Dialogue, Network Data Mover (NDM), Rational Developer of System z (RDz), IBM Debug tool for z/OS, IBM Fault Analyzer, IBM File Manager, IBM Application Performance Analyzer, GT Software Ivory BMS/TS, Syncsort, SPUFI.
