Product Development Specialist

A Product Development Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality products through technical support to the production team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement work instructions, review ESM and RD documents, and audit repair processes for compliance with specified procedures.
- Quality Control: Investigate non-conformances, identify opportunities for product repair cost improvements, and obtain internal & external approvals for process improvement changes.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to Team members, Commercial, Quality, and Production on various aspects including dispositioning of parts, definition of workscopes, investigation of warranty returns, and procurement of equipment.
