Project Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead operational projects that improve platform integrity and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, define scope, timelines, and deliverables to drive project success.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, legal, and operations teams to ensure effective project management.
  • Track key performance indicators, mitigate risks, and report progress to leadership.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful project management in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to manage complex data and stakeholder relationships.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in tech, operations, or compliance.
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is an asset.
