Job Title: Project Operations Lead

The role of a Project Operations Lead is to oversee the delivery of projects within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage daily project operations to ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate with teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required standards
  • Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide effective solutions
  • Mentor and supervise project teams to achieve project goals

Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Proven experience as a Project Operations Lead or similar role
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction processes, and project operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency in project management software is an advantage
