Job Title:

Technical Program Manager

Job Description:

You will lead complex engineering projects using your expertise and plan requirements with internal customers.

Managing project schedules, identifying risks, and communicating them to stakeholders are crucial skills for this role.

You will explain analyses and recommendations to executives as you discuss technical trade-offs with engineers.

Use your extensive technical and leadership expertise to manage projects of various size and scope.

Identify future opportunities, improve processes, and drive the technical directions of your programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish a position as an advisor and advocate for internal customers for services deployed in non-Google owned data centers.
  • Work with customer technical leads, executives, and partners to manage and deliver infrastructure and operations projects.
  • Work closely with operations managers, data center technicians, and partner teams to improve processes and identify efficiencies.
  • Become a trusted expert in data center operations and provide effective operational and technical advice around processes and execution.
  • Channel customers' feedback to the delivery project management team to ensure excellent in-production experience.
