Residential Services Lead

This role requires a dedicated individual to assist the Residential Services Manager in delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing residential services, working with clients with physical and sensory disabilities, and ensuring compliance with HIQA regulations and RehabCare standards.
The successful candidate will have:
- A third-level qualification in Health & Social Care or a related field;
- Experience in a similar/related field, preferably in an accommodation-based setting;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, and logistical skills;
- Ability to manage behaviours that challenge;
- Track record of liaising with service users and their families to ensure best quality of care;

Requirements:
- Hold a full, clean manual driving license for at least two years;
- Be flexible in terms of working hours and days;
- If applicable, candidates will need to provide a police certificate for any country they've lived in before moving to Ireland.
