Job Overview

The Retail Activation Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving the success of our retail strategy.

This individual will work closely with the Head of Retail Activation to develop and implement direct and indirect activity plans, ensuring best-in-class customer experiences while adhering to our core principles and guidelines.

  • Evaluate and manage store performance and distribution channels
  • Develop in-store customer experiences and activation plans in both direct and indirect retail environments
  • Implement new product launches and marketing campaigns across various retail channels
  • Monitor market trends and identify competitor threats
  • Protect and enhance our leadership position while driving business growth

Responsibilities include coordinating activity plans, collaborating with category managers and key account managers, and monitoring campaign and activity performance using sales CRM tools. The successful candidate will also engage and proactively support other duties as required, adopting our company's values and maintaining a strong retail identity.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in trade marketing, marketing, and events management
  • Strong planning and project management skills, along with excellent analytical abilities
  • Experience in managing external agencies and suppliers
  • Proactive and solution-focused approach
  • Excellent time management and ability to deliver results under pressure
  • Assertive, self-motivated, independent, dynamic, and results-driven individual
  • Strong team player with high attention to detail
  • Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships internationally and at all levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
