Trade Counter Sales Representative Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled Trade Counter Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting customers and providing exceptional service at our busy trade counter.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the plumbing, heating, building suppliers, and construction sectors, with excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. You will also possess a flexible attitude towards working hours and a computer literacy skillset.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers and provide exceptional customer service at our trade counter
  • Deal with queries and orders over the phone, face-to-face, and via email
  • Offer expertise and knowledge within the plumbing, heating, building suppliers, and construction sectors
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a trade counter sales role within the plumbing, heating, construction, or building suppliers industries
  • Excellent knowledge of building and construction considered an advantage
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills essential
  • Flexibility with working hours, including weekends off
  • Computer literate and able to update CRM systems
