Job Title: Reservations Agent

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in the hospitality industry and has excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing reservations, cancellations, and modifications promptly, as well as handling guest enquiries relating to the hotel.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process bookings, cancellations, and changes efficiently and effectively.
  • Handle guest inquiries regarding bookings, dining, and general queries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Respond to all guests/prospective guests' inquiries by email in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Accurately describe all bedrooms, services, and facilities available in the hotel and be familiar with room rates and service charges.
  • Sell rooms at the best possible rate, ensuring opportunities for upselling are maximized.
  • Carry out duties in line with departmental standards manual and have a thorough knowledge of standards of performance and delivery within the Rooms department.
