Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment is maintained at all times.
  • Issue security badges and complete necessary paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Answer incoming calls professionally, taking messages as needed and providing clear information to clients and colleagues.
  • Provide back-up telephone cover for other sites, ensuring seamless communication across the organization.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and catering/equipment requirements, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Order supplies and manage post and courier services, maintaining a high level of efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and provide administrative support, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • Possess advanced PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and time management skills, prioritizing work effectively using organizational skills.
  • Display good administration skills, with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
