Driving Revenue Growth through Efficient Operations
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing systems and tooling to drive revenue growth.
- You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to define and operationalize repeatable, scalable processes across the sales funnel.
- You will lead user onboarding, training, and adoption programs for new processes and tools.
- You will design and build automations to eliminate manual tasks and improve sales rep productivity.
- You will create standardized reporting frameworks to support sales performance analysis, forecasting, and executive-level dashboards.
The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role within a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment.
They will have strong hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot and sales engagement platforms.
A proven track record of implementing GTM tools and building scalable workflows is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar experience.
