Job Opportunity: Financial Services Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced financial services manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for independently managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including accounting, and ad-hoc tasks.

You will lead and participate in client meetings as necessary, providing mentorship to staff and trainees as appropriate. Your role will also involve contributing to develop strong client relationships, overseeing staff work planning, training, and development, and collaborating with various in-house departments as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of cloud-based accountancy software, such as Xero or Quick Books, and be proficient in IT, including Microsoft Excel and Word.

We are looking for someone with Qualifications with ACCA or ACA with a background in practice - QBE considered, experience with part time or full time options is desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
