
Success Relationship Specialist

Dublin, Ireland-based Customer Success position involves fostering long-term relationships with customers. The successful candidate will drive adoption and growth opportunities across a large number of customers to ensure successful product use and retention.
Key responsibilities include identifying target opportunities, managing the sales cycle, building strategic relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for building lasting relationships.
The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong desire to grow their career in Customer Success.
