Job Overview

We are seeking an analytical professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication abilities and experience in business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather and document business requirements.
  • Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
  • Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and solution design.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of current business processes (as-is) and design future state processes (to-be) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Cultivate effective communication with stakeholders, facilitating collaboration between business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in testing activities, including developing test cases, executing tests, and documenting defects.
  • Identify and troubleshoot business problems, proposing well-structured solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in business analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with standard office productivity tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • A basic understanding of operational functions, such as trade settlement, ledger posting, and billing.
