Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate all aspects of meetings and conferences, including logistics and catering.
  • To work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • To continuously monitor and report on competitor activity to maintain competitiveness and provide feedback information.
  • To plan and organize FAM Trips, site inspections and sales promotions, representing the hotel at consumer promotions, trade exhibitions, seminars and workshops.
