
Administrative Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain production and inventory records in ERP systems ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate scheduling and tracking of production orders, material movements, and supply chain logistics.
- Assist with documentation control including SOPs, batch records, and manufacturing instructions.
- Prepare operational reports and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Support internal audits and regulatory inspections by organizing required records.
- Track and order supplies and consumables for manufacturing environments.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Support health, safety, and environmental compliance activities, maintain training records, and report incidents.
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, operations, or life sciences.
- 4+ years of experience in administrative or operations support roles, preferably in regulated manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with medical device regulations is a plus.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong problem-solving attitude.
