Loan Administration Specialist

This role will be part of a client service team focusing on middle office loan administration.
The primary responsibilities include overseeing loan trade capture, trade affirmation to loan lenders, lifecycle event processing, and asset servicing on the FIS VPM Platform.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, resolve conflicts quickly, and add value by managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision, exemplary follow-through, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily processing for loan securities including Private Debt loans, Direct Lending loans, Club loans, and broadly syndicated loans (BSLs).
- Identify incoming agent notices and process all lifecycle events for portfolios containing multiple asset types.
- Collaborate with Loan Administrators to interpret and resolve exceptions.
- Communicate clearly with agent banks to confirm and obtain loan notices.
Skill Requirements:
- Experience in loan administration and private debt financial security instruments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
