This is an exciting chance to become a part of a leading architectural studio in Dublin, known for their exceptional design standards and esteemed reputation.

The team are hiring for BIM professionals to join their Dublin operation. Excellence in Revit and BIM is essential.

Candidates must have previous BIM experience in Ireland, and desirable experience working with large-scale schemes.

The suitable BIM professional will have excellence in Revit software and be an expert in everything BIM.

The team work in central Dublin with easy connection and transport links.

The office is remarkable, such a beautiful and well-crafted space.

As a BIM professional you'll be expected to:

  • Work across a diverse portfolio of projects, with key commissions coming across Data Centres, Education, Residential, Workplace and Hospitality/Retail sectors.
  • Support project execution teams across various project stages including: initial design, design development, construction documentation, construction administration and completion.
  • Raise the quality and strength of the BIM knowledge across the group through mentoring and training staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality BIM models.
  • Mentor and train junior team members in BIM best practices.

Requirements:

  • ISO 19650 Experience
  • Strong BIM excellence and competency
  • This role will primarily be office based
