Restaurant Management Role

This is a contemporary four-star hotel with a popular destination restaurant, full of style and amazing views.

The restaurant seeks a dynamic leader to oversee the smooth operation of their modern Irish cuisine establishment, focusing on seasonality and sustainability.

This role will be well supported in terms of finance, HR, and procurement as it forms part of a successful hotel operation.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years' experience as Restaurant Manager with a background in quality hotel and restaurant establishments.

Key qualifications include proven leadership skills, excellent service standards, ability to train and motivate teams to provide exceptional guest experiences.
