Sub Agent for Major Road Scheme

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in delivering a major infrastructure project.

  • Assist the site manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and site activities in line with the project plan.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
  • Monitor project progress, including earthworks, drainage, pavements, and surfacing activities.
  • Manage resources effectively, including plant, materials, and personnel.
  • Liaise with engineers and clients to maintain effective communication and project coordination.
  • Prepare reports, progress updates, and documentation as required.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in civil engineering or construction management, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in road construction and pavement projects.

Key Responsibilities:
