**Job Title:** ERP Support Analyst

We are seeking a skilled ERP Support Analyst to join our team. As an expert in enterprise resource planning systems, you will provide top-notch support to our customers, ensuring they get the most out of their Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Taking ownership of issues, managing them through to closure, and applying accounting and business process knowledge to resolve client queries
  • Providing training to clients on the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central range of applications

To be successful in this role, you will have strong communication and organizational skills, be proactive, and enjoy analyzing and resolving business, accounting, and technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Knowledge in ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV, SAP, Oracle, etc., and broad business applications and accounting processes
  • Demonstrable experience in General Ledger, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory & Stock, Manufacturing & Warehousing
