Programmes Coordinator Role

We are seeking a Programmes Coordinator to support the effective planning, delivery and management of our programmes.

  • This full-time role requires experience in delivering music learning and participation programmes, high standards of administrative skills and strong professional relationships with various stakeholders.
  • The Programmes Coordinator will play an important role in delivering well-organised, imaginative and quality music programmes that focus on classical, jazz and traditional music among other genres.
  • As part of a small team, you will be responsible for enhancing the participatory and audience development impact of programmes through targeted initiatives and engaging with musicians, promoters and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for music and its role in society.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering music learning and participation programmes
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Engaging with musicians, promoters and other stakeholders to enhance programme impact
  • Working closely with the Head of Programmes to develop and implement programme strategy

Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering music learning and participation programmes
  • High standards of administrative skills
  • Strong professional relationships with various stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for music and its role in society

Salary: €36K per annum
