Site Management Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to oversee all on-site activities in our civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines, as well as collaborating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all on-site operations to meet project objectives.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and suppliers.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, resource allocation, and cost management to ensure optimal results.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Site Agent in civil engineering projects.
  • Relevant degree or professional qualifications in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals.
  • Knowledge of construction regulations and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
