Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled Delivery Excellence Lead to drive the optimization of product backlog delivery and maximize value for customers.
  • The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional squads, ensure timely and efficient delivery, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet customer needs.
  • This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor performance, gather feedback, and make data-driven decisions.
  • The successful candidate will improve delivery capacity by analyzing key areas and providing timely support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive project/product vision and goals.
  • Maintain high-performing projects/squads through continuous monitoring and improvement.
  • Make informed decisions based on data analysis and prioritize future improvements.
  • Take decisive action on feature/item inclusion in sprints/releases based on business value.
  • Collaborate closely with Scrum Master, Product Owner, and delivery squad to resolve challenges.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
