Job Title: HR Executive

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Generalist to join our organization.

  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, preparing job descriptions, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and completing reference checks.
  • Ensure all relevant pre-screening and new hire documentation are in place prior to commencement date in accordance with legislation.
  • Oversee the Performance Management Development System, including the development of training and development plans.
  • Complete all human resources-related administration in a timely and up-to-date manner, using and developing systems to maximize efficiency.
  • Provide advice and support to managers and staff on human resources matters and issues arising within their work activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and update documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook forms and Standard Operating Procedures, performance appraisals, staff surveys, policies, and other HR-related documents.
  • Produce monthly HR management reports for senior management and the Board.
  • Oversee the administration and records management of personnel records and ensure records are stored in line with GDPR and data protection policies.

Requirements:

  • Third-level qualification or higher and demonstrable experience in one or more of the following areas: human resources, industrial relations, business management, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience working in a Human Resources role.
