Our growth across Europe has created an opportunity for us to seek a Production Support Specialist who will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence, ensuring stability, transparency, and seamless coordination between our support, product, and engineering teams.

This individual will serve as the first line of technical investigation, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality support experiences to our partners. Key responsibilities include deep-dive technical investigations, maintenance of operational excellence, and effective communication with stakeholders.

  • Database Expertise: Strong knowledge of relational databases, specifically SQL Server and PostgreSQL, is required.
  • Log Aggregation & Monitoring Tools: Experience using Datadog is highly valued (our primary observability tool).
  • Application Debugging & Root Cause Analysis: Ability to read and execute application code, even without full-stack developer experience.
  • Version Control: Proficiency with Git and understanding of common workflows (e.g., branching, pull requests) is essential.
  • Cloud & DevOps Exposure: Practical experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Incident Management: Skilled in creating, managing, and prioritizing production incident tickets.
  • Communication & Coordination: Excellent written communication skills are necessary for maintaining transparency with stakeholders.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Responsible for creating and updating SOPs, runbooks, and entries in our internal wiki or knowledge base.
