We are seeking a highly organized and professional individual to provide exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced corporate environment.
This role involves providing a welcoming and professional environment for visitors, managing meeting rooms and bookings, and ensuring that the office is well-stocked with supplies.
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting expense claims, supporting with document execution, and ordering kitchen supplies and general office materials.
Additionally, you will coordinate post, courier services, and building access passes, assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, and maintain internal office logs.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in a similar administrative or reception role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with Concur or similar expense software is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors
- Manage meeting rooms and bookings
- Keep office stocked with supplies
- Prepare and submit expense claims
- Support with document execution
- Order kitchen supplies and general office materials
- Coordinate post, courier services, and building access passes
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes
- Maintain internal office logs
Requirements:
