Job Role Overview

The Site Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring seamless coordination and monitoring of labour forces and specialist subcontractors. This includes maintaining high-quality standards and adherence to Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Project team to track progress against agreed programme targets, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with supply chain partners and subcontractors to foster a productive work environment.
  • Prior experience as a Main Contractor in large-scale structural, external & groundwork projects on commercial/mixed-use development/ residential / pharmaceutical / data centre projects is highly beneficial.
  • A third-level qualification or Trades background, coupled with excellent knowledge of Trades, is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software is essential for effective IT skills.
