Job Title: Employee Benefits CoordinatorWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Employee Benefits Coordinator. This role will be responsible for managing employee benefits across EMEA and working on multiple projects focused on process improvement, automation, data, and insights.Key Responsibilities
  • Support Employees: Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits-related queries.
  • Benefits Vendor Partnerships: Manage partnerships with benefits vendors and serve as a liaison between the organization and these partners.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer benefits programs, collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver a positive employee experience.
  • Process Improvement: Assist the business in improving processes and systems solutions to enhance the overall benefits administration experience.
  • Communication: Communicate system and process changes to stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation and data for systems and programs.
Requirements
  • HR Operations Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in HR operations, with a focus on benefits administration (desired).
  • Benefits Administration: Experience administering company and statutory benefits is essential.
  • Benefits Projects: Experience working on benefits-related projects, focusing on process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Case Management: Strong case management skills, preferably with experience using HRIS systems like Workday.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
