Job Overview

This is an opportunity to become part of a renowned insurance brokerage, driving growth in the Employee Benefits Division. We seek a skilled consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, enabling them to identify employers' needs and provide tailored solutions.

A strong commercial awareness and extensive knowledge of the employee benefits market are essential for this role.

The selected individual will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, developing client relationships, and delivering high-quality advice to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.

A key aspect of this position is monitoring and reporting on the EB functionality, identifying inefficiencies, and providing recommendations for improvement.

Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in an Employee Benefits environment with a proven track record of success.
  • Must hold a QFA certification and CIP in Health Insurance & Associated Insurances (CIP-05).
  • Demonstrated ability to provide solutions to employers' benefit needs through effective client-facing experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of industry trends, standards, protocols, and legislation.
  • Strong understanding of the Irish employee benefit landscape.
  • Ability to drive and deliver new business opportunities.
  • Proven history of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
