
Employee Benefits Administrator

Our team is seeking an experienced Administrator to deliver a professional administration service to external Corporate clients, including global organisations. The successful candidate will oversee the renewal process, manage claims, engage with members, coordinate with insurers, and ensure compliance with legislative requirements for Pension, Risk, and Healthcare schemes.
Key Responsibilities:- Overseeing the renewal process
- Managing claims
- Handling client and member queries
- Providing support to Pension and Risk Consultants
- Managing insurers and ensuring legislative compliance for Pension, Risk, and Healthcare schemes on behalf of our clients
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in Employee benefits and be able to demonstrate experience in this field, with a minimum of 2-3 years industry experience. Strong IT skills are also essential (Excel and Microsoft suite). A qualification in QFA is desirable, as is experience in Private Healthcare.
