Senior Technical Project Lead

The successful candidate will lead the planning, development, and execution of technical projects to achieve strategic business objectives. This includes managing multiple concurrent projects and consistently meeting expectations.
Key responsibilities include developing methods, procedures, and metrics for projects, including scope, schedule, quality, and cost. Additionally, the candidate will conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure project schedule and costs are maintained.
- Degree in engineering or a technical field with 5+ years of experience in new product development in medical device engineering or 5+ years of applicable project management experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience applying project management tools to manage New Product Development Programs and Sustaining Engineering Projects.
- Certification in Process Excellence (Green Belt or Black Belt) or project management certification PMP is an advantage.
