Job Title: Human Resources Manager

This role will be responsible for managing human resources with support from an external third party. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a people-oriented mindset, and the ability to create and deliver effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing Strategic HR Plans: Aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Employee Engagement: Fostering positive relationships, effective communication, handling complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
  • Recruitment: Overseeing the recruitment process to attract and hire suitable candidates.
  • Team Development: Supporting the team through participation, motivation, and development initiatives.
  • HR Systems: Developing and monitoring HR strategies, systems, and procedures with external support.
  • Performance Management: Implementing appraisal systems, providing feedback, and supporting performance improvement plans.
  • Positive Work Environment: Fostering a nurturing, positive, and supportive workplace.
  • Training and Development: Identifying training needs, designing programs, and facilitating employee growth.

Candidate Requirements:
Experience: Experience dealing with Human Resources or equivalent work experience, supporting colleagues, managing performance, and identifying/implementing solutions.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Education: 3rd level degree or equivalent practical experience.
