Job Title: Pricing Analyst

This role will support the pricing function within a leading insurance company to achieve overall financial targets for all classes of business.

Reporting to the Retail Market Pricing Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing account KPIs to help identify underperforming segments.
  • Developing rate change proposals and premium optimisation routines with supporting analysis and implementation.
  • Running post-implementation reviews of rate changes to monitor performance.

You will work collaboratively within a team of analysts and actuaries, sharing best practices and maintaining existing internal tools by implementing new features and addressing any issues or bugs.

Required Skills:

  • Numerical degree in Statistics, Actuarial Studies, Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Sciences.
  • 2+ years' work experience in a similar Pricing Analyst/Data Science role desirable.
  • Proven experience using SAS, R, and/or other programming languages.
  • Proven experience using Microsoft Office suite.
