Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Finishing Foreman to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of finishing works on-site.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all finishing touches align with project specifications and quality standards.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to optimize workflows, conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality control, and train and supervise site personnel.

Additionally, you will implement health and safety practices to ensure a safe working environment for all, and report progress and challenges to project management.

  • Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in construction.
  • Strong knowledge of fit-out finishing techniques and materials, including carpentry, painting, and tiling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices on construction sites.
  • Relevant certifications in construction management or trade-specific qualifications are preferred.
