Job Title: Site Co-ordinator - Timber Frame and LGS

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Co-ordinator to join our client's team in Dublin. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the completion of projects to company specifications, managing multiple sub-contract erecting teams, and ensuring all site works are carried out to strict timelines and the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the completion of projects to company specifications
  • Manage & direct multiple sub-contract erecting teams
  • Ensure all site works are carried out to strict timelines and the highest standards, in accordance with the company's design & engineering department and relevant regulations
  • Record all site inspections and checklists; ensure handover sheets are properly maintained
  • Have comprehensive knowledge of the scope of works and challenges of each project prior to commencement; log and communicate errors/omissions to relevant departments
  • Act as the point of contact for the client and erecting teams on all site operation and safety issues; address site-related queries
  • Perform quality control by recording defects, addressing them promptly, and resolving issues in accordance with action plans
  • Carry out assigned training
Requirements:
  • General site supervision experience and knowledge of our products and components
  • Construction industry knowledge and ability to liaise with other trades on site
  • Knowledge of current building regulations and requirements
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong Health & Safety knowledge to ensure compliance and decisive action when required
