Project Leader Opportunity

A leading organization is seeking a highly skilled Project Leader to join its team in Dublin. This key role will be accountable for delivering project outcomes and ensuring projects align with industry best practices, regulations, and codes.

About the Role:
  • Deliver project outcomes that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the project team.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support project deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress, risks, and issues.
Requirements:
  • A degree in an engineering discipline is preferred.
  • Extensive experience as a project leader/project manager across the project life cycle within a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Demonstrable skills in project management, leadership, communication, and teamwork.
  • Familiarity with project life-cycle stage-gate processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
