Cubic Telecom is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
This is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level candidate looking to develop their skills in account management and sales within the dynamic field of automotive connectivity.
You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, supporting sales initiatives, and contributing to the company's growth by utilizing strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities- Establish trusted relationships with clients through global RFQs and negotiations.
- Provide valuable insights and offerings as part of an on-going consultative relationship; understand the value required by our clients; identify solution opportunities early; plan trial projects or POCs; prepare clear proposals; negotiate major contracts; represent Cubic in important customer planning and steering groups; and ensuring full involvement and alignment of Cubic's product and software engineering teams.
- Work beyond the core Electrical Engineering and Procurement groups to build these trusted relationships a broad spectrum of client leadership in Europe, the Americas and Asia.
- Deliver business goals through deep understanding of our clients' needs, business challenges and business plans and by identifying and closing high quality opportunities for Cubic solutions with these clients.
- Provide important insights to inform and shape product planning within Cubic.
- Expand product adoption within our client organisations.
- Stay current on the latest Automotive, IoT and Software industry trends.
- Collaborate with key technology and solution experts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years experience selling Saas or connectivity solutions to enterprise level clients.
- Strong interest in account management, sales, and the automotive or technology sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Desire to learn and develop account management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to adapt and take initiative.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
