Site Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned site manager to lead residential projects from groundworks through to completion and handover.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing residential sites, with experience working for a builder or running their own organisation. They will be responsible for effectively managing the project, including site logistics, personnel management, and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.

Key Requirements
  • A minimum of [number] years' experience in site management, preferably in the residential sector.
  • Proven ability to manage residential projects from start to finish, including site preparation, construction, and completion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel to various sites across Dublin and surrounding areas.
Benefits and Autonomy

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of €35-€50 per hour, equivalent to €80,000-€110,000 per year based on standard worked hours. You will also receive a vehicle, pension, and discretionary bonus as part of your compensation package.
