Job Summary
As a Community and Hospital Services Manager, you will lead teams to deliver our cancer support services in hospitals and communities. Develop patient pathways, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure seamless care for patients and families affected by cancer.

The Role
  1. Develop and implement new patient pathways, enhancing the delivery of our services in hospitals and communities.
  2. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate our services into clinical and non-clinical pathways.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with hospital directorates, Primary Care Teams, and community organizations.
  4. Support the integration of our services into patient pathways, ensuring seamless care.
  5. Develop innovative models for delivering our services, aligning with our strategy and national goals.

Key Qualifications
  • Nursing management experience, preferably in a comparable role within the last 5 years.
  • A minimum of 5 years of management experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and community groups.
