We are seeking a seasoned Lead Business Compliance Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to drive business compliance initiatives and ensure regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate trackers of regulatory submissions and collaborate with operational teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to support operational teams in their implementation.
  • Respond to internal compliance queries and monitor mailboxes.
  • Liaise with PII brokers to address complaints and concerns.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to build relationships with internal teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently while contributing to a wider compliance function.
