Key Strategic Growth Manager

As a Key Strategic Growth Manager at AIR, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion and customer engagement.
About the RoleThe Sales Director position requires a seasoned leader with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills, as well as exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking, and market insight.
Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Relationship Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Business Development team to achieve sales performance targets.
- Foster and nurture strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business, while attracting new key strategic clients.
- Earn the highest standards of customer experience and satisfaction, acting as a key contact for significant customers and partners.
- Strategic Business Development:
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive business development strategies that align with company goals and industry trends.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize growth opportunities, new markets, and strategic partnerships, and lead initiatives to capture these opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and project management teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and project handovers.
- Coordinate with the engineering and technical leadership to ensure alignment between customer needs and innovative solutions.
- Financial and Performance Accountability:
- Work closely with senior leadership to establish sales performance metrics in alignment with business goals and regularly report progress.
- Manage and track business development budgets, ensuring optimal use of resources and ROI.
- Leadership and Mentorship:
- Inspire and lead by example, fostering a culture of innovation, integrity, collaboration, and excellence within the business development function.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer relationship management, with at least 5 years at a senior management level.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably with exposure to Med-device manufacturing or high-tech industry sectors.
