Main Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of the Group Operating Model & Efficiency Review in collaboration with various teams.
  • Foster continuous improvement, enhancing the adoption and use of AI for both internal and customer experience.
  • Collaborate across value streams with Heads Of and Product Owners to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, project delivery, change management, governance, critical enablement, performance, development, and continuous improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects within dynamic business environments.
  • A clear track record of transformation and change project leadership.
  • Effective stakeholder management across a broad range.
  • Understanding of financial controls and governance processes.
  • Qualification in project management and proven IT change delivery experience.
  • Expertise in using MS Office suite and Power Apps solutions.
